Introducing our Christmas blend, made up of a beautiful smooth chocolatey Brazilian which makes up 70% of the blend. The other 30% is made up of a Guatemalan coffee which brings lots of character and hints of red berry. We believe that these two coffees really do compliment each other.

We have roasted the Brazilian slightly darker to bring through the rich chocolate notes.

We roasted the Guatemalan slightly lighter which added the stewed fruit flavours and ultimately reminded us of Christmas!

We have developed the roast profile for the Christmas Blend so its suitable to brew for both espresso and filter.
